The Bytown Touch Football League's Heritage Season is played in the Fall. Starting on Labour Day Monday, it runs every Sunday morning until the middle of November. Games are played in the eastern region of the city (Gloucester High School, Ken Steele Park, etc.) The season's length of 12 regular season games with Semi-finals and a final game known as the Bytown Bowl.

The BTFL is our nation's Capital longest standing touch football league. It welcomes all ages and caliber in a unique ''redraft'' format which allows all teams to be equal where the goal is recreation and fun.
