Saturday was a tremendous day of football as mother nature gave us some amazing football weather. The day consisted of sun, football, BBQ, and a beer tent! Sunday was a little different as mother nature did not cooperate, but nonetheless football was played. A special thank you goes out to the President of Bytown Touch Football Stephane Morrisette. This tournament could not have happened without him. A big thank you goes out to Nas for bringing a BBQ and treating everyone to some grilled meats. Nothing is better than a cold drink after a day of running around, so a big thank you goes out to Beyond the Pale. Please visit their website: http://beyondthepale.ca/. Finally, our Sponsor, Ryan Mechanical. Please visit their website: http://www.manta.com/ic/mt6hnk0/ca/ryan-mechanical-enterprises-inc. This tournament could not have occurred if it wasn't for Steve Wells at Ryan Mechanical.
Touch Football is a great sport. Let's make it great again. These types of tournaments need to continue and our leagues need to grow and become relevant and have substance again. Moving forward, please continue to visit www.btfl.ca as well as our FaceBook page.
Have a great summer!
